Lorraine Valente's background is diverse. She is a former Corporate Human Resources Manager and staffing business owner who obtained two Human Resources certifications, one from Cornell University, ILR and the other from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She received her Bachelors in Psychology with honors, with a concentration in Abnormal, Deviant and Violent Psychology, with focus on Substance Abuse and Addiction. She's soon to receive her Masters of Science as a Health Psychologist and is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse (CADC) Counsellor intern. Lorraine is simultaneously completing certification in Advanced Clinical Hypnosis and Regression Therapy and is also a Reiki Master Teacher offering classes and attunements.

Lorraine has been studying metaphysics and healing since her early teens, and has practiced astrology, utilizing tarot and numerology symbolism, professionally for the past 12 years. She has been a guest speaker for local spiritual groups and on radio. She also spoke on Karmic Relationships, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Cyber Addictions/Adultery at the 2003 AFA Conference and has taught classes on the Tarot, Chiron, Asteroid Goddesses and designed a Beginner's Astrology course. Her specialty is family dynamics, karmic, soul-mate, and interpersonal relationships. She enjoys working with individual, family and relationship charts aiding personal growth. Comfortable with her psychic/intuitive abilities, they are often incorporated in her practice.

WHEN 33-year-old Dion van Zyl walks outside on his Alverstone farm at night, it’s the skies his eyes are drawn to. Susan Vega is an executive board member of the South Florida Astrological Association.
